Awesome customer service! My Physician accidentally prescribed the wrong brace. After purchasing the wrong brace I was accommodated with no issues. Highly recommend.

Was sent to this business by my surgeon at RVH to purchase a wrist brace for a fractured wrist just coming out of a cast. The whole experience was new to me and my cast had just been removed. The man who fitted me rushed through the fitting and showed no compassion for the pain I was experiencing. Perhaps he was not having a good day but his service reminded me of someone who has done this many times and forgot that this is new for his customer. There are other businesses in Barrie that offer this service, might be worth checking somewhere else.

Read they closed at 5:30, Im done work at 5:00. Rushed over there made it by 5:15 to a closed door. Dont say youre closed at 5:30 if no one is gonna be there until 5:30 :)

I have had custom orthotics made from many other clinics in the past but was never really satisfied or found resolution for my pain. I was referred to Scott from my chiropractor and massage therapist and it was the best referral I had received! Scott at Ortho Health was fantastic at fitting my custom orthotics and I no longer have ankle pain due to my flat feet. I liked my orthotics so much, I got a second pair. Highly recommend!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced . After ordering custom orthotics , due to a foot surgery and a second broken bone. I was called at home and asked for a credit card number and they wanted full payment, in order to make them.The receptionist entered the card number incorrectly and called me 2 more times at work . When I finally went to pick them up almost 5 weeks later. I was very rudely greeted and asked where the shoes were that the orthotics were going in.??? This was Never explained to me!! This was brand new to me, I did not understand that the orthotics were only able to be worn in one pair of shoes.... there was not sufficient explanation. I was then told that I would have to reschedule my appointment and that I had waisted their time that day... I walked out and had my credit card refunded. What a horrible experience , when people pay an astronomical amount of money for product that is suppose to help them with pain relief and healing from injurys! I would never recommend this place! The staff also needs some extensive training in customer service!!!
