I had a headache issue with a famous brand appliance store, I bought a washer from them , but when I get it I found it is too big , but I told the sales clearly my condo size and my family size , but the sales refer me a very big one , so I want to exchange it , but that store want to charge restocking for almost 600 for washer and dryer , I felt it is unfair to me , I deal with this issue for one and half month , didnt resolve it, I was so helpless, I decide to try to get legal help, that was Sat I made several calls to the law office , But they are closed except the criminal Lawyer answer the call, I almost quite, and my last call reach Susan , she give me her advice, suddenly I felt so warm , so touching, she tell me which law they breached, I am working under her instruction, I already get good improvement with that store, Susan did not charge me when she give me her advice, she is not only great in professional knowledge but also, more important she has a warm heart, I think that is very important for a legal professional , I want to say thanks to her.
