        Retained in June for renewal of us entry waiver . By late October I heard nothing from them . Finally got a hold and I know she forgot all about me . It was ready to present to us customs 4 days later. Here we are middle if February and I can't work as my waiver expired

        Maybe you should let your receptionist know that your website CLEARLY says Let's Talk! For a Free Consultation Call..... So that way, when people call, the receptionist can act less like you are interrupting her day with such a useless inquiry, as if she can't figure out why, WHY?! you called in the first place .
