Probably the worst place to get your dog's hair cut. Went here for a few months and every time I try to book an appointment it's a 45+ minute wait by phone. Every time my dogs get a cut, they are almost shaved down to the wire and looking like Gollum with uneven cuts. I booked an appointment recently for both of my dogs (since we live close by), and the person booking the appointment didn't book properly and I wasted a good amount of my day coming in when I double checked the appointment via phone. Just an overall disappointing service and for the amount of money I pay for their cuts, I expect better from "professionals".
