I was advised the service technician, Terry Stevenson would be at my home between 3:00 and 5:00, he arrived about 3:15 which I appreciated. He looked at the sump pump and advised the beeping sound was not an issue, it was just a signal the backup was engaged at some point probably due to a power failure. He advised to just push the red button and hold it for 2 seconds and sure enough, the beeping was gone. He advised the system is functioning properly. If this issue with the beeping happens again, I know how to deal with it without calling them. While at my home, I asked him about my catch basin in the driveway as I am redoing my driveway soon. He advised the long, rectangular drains instead of the square one currently there is a good option when redoing the driveway. Terry was personable, explained everything he did and answered my inquires. I won't hesitate to use Harris Plumbing again. Service: Sump pump repair
