        Wish I could give zero stars but It doesn't allow me to. In a new condo (Pratt/Bear Creek) 2 years old. The main drain pipe for the kitchen broke and damaged the unit below us. Emergency plumbers (3) came in on Friday. Cut out a huge section underneath our sink and fixed the issue. Also, heard many stories about plumbing issues within the 2 condo buildings here. Extremely disappointed with Northern and Pratt. Northern employees are young, inexperienced and sloppy. Dealt with them for a while when we moved in. Lastly, the receptionist is very rude.
