A friend recommended Tori to us, and now were recommending Tori too! When my partner and I were looking for a new home for the first time, a colleague suggested working with a realtor. Cool, but selecting one seemed like a shot in the dark- so I asked my friends, and Tori came up with sparkling review. After reaching out, she quickly got back to us and, a few questions later, was providing us with properties to preview. We were visiting places in-person days later, and found a great fit after only a few viewings (fortunate, that). Tori was very attentive and communicative through the process, helping us find and close a great deal despite us being relatively inexperienced renters. She relieved an immense amount of stress for us, and made the challenges of searching fewer, helping us focus on what was most important to us- finding the right home. I came to Toronto in July 2022 in search of a place to live. I was very nervous and stressed out about the whole process because I only had 5 days in total to find a place. To my surprise, my rental search was a pleasant experience, thanks to Tori. From the onset, she was more than helpful in finding me a great condo! She was honest, upfront, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about me, understood my needs, even offering up ideas on how to utilize smaller spaces. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions. Tori made the nightmare that is finding a Condo in Toronto all that much easier. Tori was fabulous to work with at every stage. She was flexible with viewing times, gave us her honest opinions on the units we saw, and when it came time to submit an offer on a unit, she got the job done, went to bat for us, and got us approved for the first property we allied for despite there being stiff competition. After we signed our lease, Tori helped ensure we had all of our paper work signed correctly, followed up with us to ensure we were registered with our building, and helped coordinate a meeting time with the landlord to exchange the keys and post dated cheques. Given the state of the Toronto rental market, we expected apartment hunting to be a massive head ache. Thanks to Tori, it was quite the opposite and we cant recommend her enough. Thanks Tori!
