I rarely write reviews unless overwhelmingly compelled by five-star service. Lincoln is by far the best Real Estate professional if have ever worked with. Not only was he extremely personable and responsive, he also help me look at more than 50 properties and eventually buy a great investment in Barrie. Next he proceeded to find amazing tenants for me free of charge!! They stayed for the full seven years that I owned the property and were amazing. Then, after seven year of ownership, he listed and sold the property for me and again did an absolutely amazing job again. His attention to detail made the deal go extremely well, seamless even. Lincoln truly has a long-term orientation and will bend over backwards to support the needs of his clients. I can't thank you enough Lincoln. I am looking forward to doing many more investments deals with you and your team.

Linc did a great job selling our house! His investment in technology really made our listing stand out. The doll house view and the online brochure looked spectacular. I loved the online booking for showings, it was so convenient. Communication across the different parties was really simple with the online videos and commenting. Everything was done virtually which was great since we all live in different regions from where the house was located. I really feel you get a lot more going with Linc compared to other agents.
