As one can imagine, it was very daunting to be entering the current market as first time home buyers. Danni Migueis was the best real estate agent we could have asked for! She is incredibly knowledgable and was always there to answer our questions and keep us motivated. Her patience and persistence allowed us to find and secure our DREAM place. My husband and I were living in Lindsay and hoping to find a home closer to family in barrie/angus area. Danni was highly recommended to us and we are so glad she was. She is so friendly and extremely professional. The way the market was this past summer it seemed impossible to find a home and we almost gave up a few times but were so glad Danni kept our goal in mind and worked extremely hard and didnt stop until we found the perfect home. We now live seconds to family and its perfect given we just had our first baby and she can now see her grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins any time she wants. Its also a plus that we dont have to worry about our dog being home alone for long hours anymore too. If we ever decide to move again we are definitely going to be calling Danni. We HIGHLY recommend her.

We used Danni to both sell our home and to buy our new home; she was absolutely awesome during this process.
