Unfortunately this agent took advantage of me being a first time home buyer with one income. She pushed me to offer the highest price I could, with only one other offer on the table, she didnt negotiate at all! She didnt act in my best interest and made several mistakes on the offer, forgetting items and even inverting the down payment and the sale price! She was referred to me by another agent, and this was the first property we saw together, easy sale for her, worst mistake for me, she didnt even explain that we can negotiate on the items in the house that werent working properly or werent installed. A year later and I still regret having gone through this process with this agent.
