Dylan ferguson appraised my house $60,000 less than it was appraised 6 months ago after more work was completedand the market has gone up... I live on the most prestigious street in lindsay, and his appraisal on my home was less than other semi-detached homes in the area in less desirable neighbourhoods. He refused to return my call afterwards to break down why I received such a low estimate. If you need these services for a new mortgage, I would suggest going elsewhere as I lost $60,000 in value within 6 months after more work was completed. I spoke with real estate agents who suggested that Dylan doesn't know this area, as he would have otherwise taken BOND STREET into account. Thanks for nothing. Total waste of $400 in a 10 minute visit and he refused to add my bunkie that has internet and hydro. Completely feel taken. He was way off on his appraisal and has just blown a mortgage deal for us. How does one lose $60,000 of value in a time where the market is going up???? By calling this company, that's how.

Horrible company to deal with. Lori reschedule the first appointment and then proceeds to be late 30 mins for the next appointment. Google her company address and she is located 8 mins from the property. Have the same issues as most of the reviewers here. Rude and unprofessional in everything that they do. They do not know what they are doing and it took them forever to finish the report. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. She was very rude and a bit racist to me too. Please do not give money to these people!
