Adrian was always on time and very professional. He was able to setup in wall speakers and camera surveillance around the house and both work great! Great job!

The professionalism from Adrian at A.D.A Audio Plus is definitely above the norm! I was very hesitant to get my security cameras installed because I reached out to so many companies on Kijiji and Google and the responses lacked professionalism. Some stated " we cant hide the wires, we do basic installation, if you want to hide the wires it will cost you twice the amount, etc etc". From my call with Adrian, I knew that he actually cared about his customers. He wanted to come do a site visit to take a look at my home and assess/plan but I sent him pictures to make things more easier. He arrived last Saturday on time! Having someone punctual shows that they are mindful of your time but also takes pride in what they do. Adrian was friendly, knowledgable, understanding and genuine. He knew I had some concerns and was able to put my mind at ease with his answers. He also took some of my recommendations on the wiring with an open mind and went the extra mile by taking some extra steps for me to ensure I was happy. After the installation was completed, Adrian sat down with me and gave me a tutorial on how to use the camera system, he assisted with the mobile set up on my phone and we reviewed the angles together to ensure the cameras was set up to expectation. I can honestly say that I was given legendary service from start to finish and that I would highly recommend Adrian from A.D.A Audio Plus to my friends and family. I will be using their services to do the security system at my parents place and will be writing another review based on the service there. Consistency is key! 2 days later Adrian actually gave me a courtesy call to see how the system was and wanted to know if I had any questions! I have NEVER received service like this before....it may have been a small 5 minute call to Adrian ...but to me it shows his true character. through all the bad thats going on in the world...he gives me hope that there are still good people out there.
