Really great customer service. I went there knowing that I missed their home delivery. They told me that the truck wasn't there yet and to come back in an hour. I was just about to start my car when they knocked on my window. She had called the truck, and it was just about to enter the station. She told me to give the 5 min and come to the desk. 5 min later, I went inside, and they had my package waiting for me. Excellent staff.

I took the day off to wait for a delivery, never got a knock on the door or a doorbell ring, just got to "come drive 45 minutes into the next city over to pickup your package we were supposed to deliver" sticker. This experience has absolutely swayed me to never use FedEx if I ever want to see my deliveries. If I could rate 0 out of 5, I would.

Package was not delivered because charges were owed that were paid but not double checked. Came to this location after 6 as stated just to get told its too far in the bin, we cant get it for you. Great service
