        Customer service is really bad. I called them to ask something about taxes and the person who picked up was rude and unhelpful. Really bad experience. Showing attitude and disrespect to the customers, is that what H&R stands for? If anyone needs to know about the taxes who else should they call. Please work on it. My experience is ruined now. Never gonna do my taxes from here. Never!

        Horrible experience! Indian lady was supposed to do my tax and seems like ,she picks and choose customers ( racism perhaps) , I waited and waited,not going back and would not recommended to anyone.
