Heart2Heart CPR First Aid Training Barrie

This is my second time going to the Heart2Heart BLS training in Barrie and I have had such an awesome experience both times! The first time I had Cecil and the second time I had Kelly and they were both amazing instructors who did a great job engaging us while teaching. Will definitely be returning for my next re-cert! 10/10 recommend!

I have been completely misled by this company. If youre looking to complete this course in Barrie, it is not existent at 41 Commerce park. I have attempted to contact support to sort this out and got no response or refund. Did not recieve a confirmation email telling me the address until the day of and was not told that it was in Winnepeg after I had asked previously where in Barrie it was located. Avoid this site in Barrie if you want to get a certification. Very confused and question the morals of this establishment by avoiding my concern.

Cecil was a fantastic trainer. I retained a lot of information because of the teaching methods he presented them in. The hands- on exercises helped me understand and apply my knowledge in person; which was helpful. I was able to place myself in a scenario of a medical emergency and use my cognitive and physical skills to help me get through it. Will definitely be back next year for re-certification. May even take a few extra courses in between. Thank you!
