Just had a two week intro here and loved every minute. Beautiful space, amazing instructors who are happy to explain and adjust as needed and all the classes were wonderful. Can't say enough good things about Nook!

Its the best yoga studio Ive ever been to, no other places feel this authentic and grounding. Also, the waterfront view from the yoga room is incredible! Ive enjoyed all the instructors classes I attended so far, and they each have their own flair. Chantal, Anna, and Jessica are all amazing, and I look forward to attending other instructors classes in future. Jessica is one of the most unique yoga teachers Ive met. Her class is an experience, the energy, her beautiful voice, and the music that she performs at the end of each class. After tonights Jess class, I was blown away by both instruments that she played, and my mind was so relaxed and felt like it completely travelled somewhere elsemaybe the spacesome sort of sacred place thats for sure :p Such a beautiful experience, I recommend this studio to everyone whos into and interested in yoga to give this studio a try, youll fall in love!

Stepping into Nook after a couple of years off my mat was a refreshing experience. The warm welcome and supportive environment immediately put me at ease. The class left me feeling calm, relaxed, and connected to myself at a much deeper level. The range of options and modifications offered made the class accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level.
