My experience here was not a good one. Was hired for the day shift and it was nothing but a disaster. Employees are stuck up disrespectful. Supervisor was never around lack of supervision employees did what they want when they wanted. Felt more like a high school then a work environment. Lots of drama. Management has no clue with whats going on right under their nose. There long term care beds are made cheap and wrong all the time welds are horrible buy at your own risk. Don't know how this company makes any money with all the corners being cut. Should be embarrased of themselves selling products like that to people.

Fired my dad on the spot for saying he was nervous about learning something because of a brain injury he has, discrimination at its finest. Disgusting, dont work here.

What a disaster of a company so disorganized. Management is horrible there unless your buddys with them. Supervisors are clueless of what goes on. Machines are old and never have work done on them so they are always breaking down or breaking. I asked more then 3 different times to be trained and showed the job and supervisors would just walk away laughing at me. Would call for a supervisor and know one would come. Was treated like garbage there. So many safety issues and concerns also. Place is a sinking ship with the management they have.

Worked here a few years ago, the worst decision of my life. I have irreparable damage to my hands with server carpal tunnel to the point I can't work anymore. Light duty for injuries is a joke. If you work here you will be injured somehow. Nothing is fixed for safety, upper management is toxic, when it rains heavy water runs down the walls, breaker panels and welders. Told to ignore weight rating on equipment up to 500lb over. Welding shop is in the area with lowest ceiling so it's sweltering even in winter, welding robots are next to the powder coating paint line which is highly flammable. The good PPE ventilator is restricted. Union safety rep has gone to management many times to get things fixed but they did nothing. If you have to choose between working here or homelessness, just save time and go buy a tent to live in.
