I couldn't be more clear about my order - 2 bagels toasted no butter with bacon - drive all the way home - 2 bagels with butter NO bacon?? I went back and the order was corrected but it bothered me that there were no real words of apology. I was very understanding of the mistake but in customer service something should be done to make the customer feel better. The woman rolled her eyes when I suggested double bacon!! I spent lots of money at this location but I won't be back!! This isn't the first time they have messed up but I didn't complain because it is a hard job at minimum wage but to be selfish I'm a paying customer. I done.

I just went to there through drive through and I ordered for croissant with heated and butter steap tea and tim beats and when i went to the window for my order they give me baggle So i told i asked for croissant not baggle they took the baggle back and give me croissant which was not heated just butter was added. I waited and tried to call them but they didnt even responded me back.
