        The service went above and beyond. My machine would keep sewing even after I took my foot off the pedal. The owner ordered a new one at my request when all other avenues were exhausted. The cost for the pedal was 200.00. He told me that if the new pedal did not fix the problem, he would put it into stock and not charge me! The machine works great now and Im back in control! Ive gone several times and every time am impressed with the service.

        Took an old machine in for repair & service. It was all ready in 5 days, looking like a new machine. Customer service was excellent. The owners are so friendly & personable. Highly recommend this business. Will gladly return.
