The team at Limestone trail is very professional and lovely. Toni was very professional and patient. She asked questions to customize all details of our pool shed including roof pitch, window and door selection, hardware etc. Toni and Cheryl were very attentive to colour selection and sent numerous emails of sheds in different colours to ensure I knew exactly what I was going to get. I have a Limestone Trail glasshouse house that was installed 14 years ago. Over the past few years, the floor had become uneven and became a hazard. It was in need of some much-needed TLC. I contacted Limestone Trail and was thankful to know that they stood behind their product and would help to reconstruct, and level the portion of the floor in need of repair. Owen and Steve completed the work in short order. They were friendly and professional. Owner William and office staff Toni and Cheryl deserve credit as well. Their assistance made this project a positive experience. And they stand behind the quality of their product and workmanship.

Mission impossible??? Not for Limestone Trail. We recently bought a shed with absolutely no idea how they would be able to get it into our backyard. We live in a five unit townhouse complex with the only access to our back deck being through the house or over a fence from our neighbour's backyard. Through the house was not an option as the walls were too large. The first attempt was to remove a section of fence between our very understanding neighbour and us, which proved to be impossible without damaging it. But they did not give up ... as they say, "where there's a will, there's a way ". Their next attempt was to use scaffolding on both sides of the fence and lift the walls, etc. over the fence. Everything was carried out very professionally and safely which totally put my mind at ease. Although I must say I found myself holding my breath with each carry over. I'm quite sure that our installation will go down in history at Limestone as one of the most difficult installs. With special thanks to Toni and Cheryl in the office for their exceptional customer service and guidance and of course the install crew, Anthony, Tyler and Jack who carried out the construction of our shed with the greatest care and attention to detail ... what a team!!! We used Limestone Trail help us design then build a custom pool cabana. And, we are very, very pleased with how the cabana turned out. It looks fantastic! A big thanks to the whole team at LT. From initial contact, into the design discussions and contract development, through the planning process and the build itself, each and every one on the LT team was very responsive and flexible, always trying to ensure that the cabana would end up being exactly as we envisioned it. Limestone Trail has a great product, but an even better team, wonderful people who are a pleasure to deal with. And, a very special note about the LT owner, William De Jong. We met Will before the build started and he then got involved in our project on day 1 of the build with a personal visit to the site, and stayed involved through to the conclusion of the build, either by phone or in person. One does not see that very often these days. And, without that involvement, we expect that the end product may not have been as good as it is. There was a "hiccup" or two, but to Will's credit, he made things right as best as one could reasonably expect, and made it right fast. We were never left long to wonder how issues would be resolved. With that type of commitment, and with the product and people Limestone Trail has, they will be in business for a long time. And, we will enjoy our cabana, and show it off, for a long time as well! So, a big thank you to everyone at Limestone Trail who was involved in our cabana design and build; again, you were all very much a pleasure to deal with. Service: Custom shed design
