Phenomenal customer service from Ryan!! I can't say enough great things about this company's excellent customer service and product knowledge. I am a huge proponent of supporting local, and when looking for a product where I could power my CPAP machine whilst on a camping trip I was directed to Canadian Off Grid Depot. A small family run business with a big focus on delivering quality service and superior products. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for anything 'off-grid'!!! The owner Ryan is the ultimate example of customer service! He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and solution focused. I was urgently looking for a specific product for a short timeline and although Ryan did not have the product in stock, he threw me a lifeline by offering to send me a loaner by courier until the product I wanted came in. This gesture meant a lot to me as I was having difficulty finding this product anywhere. So thank you Ryan for giving me peace of mind. I highly recommend his services!
