        I am still awaiting results of my 2021 return. My disability credit was disallowed and I had to reapply. I did my part and got the paperwork done and dropped it at the office months ago. I verified they had it Now. No one seems to know the status of my return. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting

        Very dissatisfied with H&R Block Beamsville. I had my taxes done for the first time at this location. I was quotes approximately $150.00 after providing a list of forms. I handed in a complete package with notes with paperwork. I was very surprised to be charged $250.00 / $282.50 after taxes. Come on H&R Block, taxes are your business. I believe you could be more transparent. Give honest answers and let the customer decide if they want to use your service.
