I wanted to share my experience and extend a huge thank you again to Colton who went above and beyond for me, the kind of service you rarely see these days. I recently moved to a new build and needed internet in order to work from home. When Colton showed up he was polite, friendly, introduced himself and went right to work. A few issues arose but Colton was quick to find solutions, including speaking with my landlord over the phone. I felt that he treated my service as if it was his own home and was very kind and patient. Not only was he able to get my internet going after we thought we may need to reschedule but he was very helpful and educated me along the way. Thank you again to Colton for the exceptional customer service. Happy customer :)

Not a great company at all, so many times the techs would find excuses not to fix my internet. The techs here don't take pride in their work and left stuff messy to get the next call asap because they're so overworked.
