Great service, honest and very reasonable price. Brought my motorhome with a flat tire, they fixed it right away, checked air pressure in all tires and got me going within 30 min.

My experience was rather saddening. I live in beamsville and live right around the corner from Tirecraft. My family has had work done by them before and had a pleasant experience. I needed a set of tires and rims mounted and balanced. I had bought the tires from grimsby Canadian tire a few months ago as summers before I had a set of rims for them. I picked up a set of used rims on Facebook marketplace and I figured I would see if a local shop would install them on the rims even if it was more expensive. I went in later in the day after I was done work (around 4) and spoke to Lester about getting this work done. Unfortunately he didnt wish to do the work and his words of take it back to them as I dont want to finish their work. This was after he asked me where I purchased the tires (which was Canadian tire 2 months before). I understand that shops dont want to finish a job that someone is trying to get cheaper or should have gone to them in the first place for. I used to work as a mechanic for crying out loud. This shop will unfortunately no longer be receiving any of my business or recommendations.
