Breanne takes her time to listen to her clients. She is very thorough in discovering the reasons behind allergies and nutrition. Extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Breanne helped me with weight loss and was able to suggest some high quality vitamins. I would go back in a heartbeat!

I had the privilege of working with Breanne in 2015 after many years of having issues. When the 5th prescribed medication did not work I decided it was time to go another route. Breanne took her time to listen to my issues and was able to identify my problems with one simple IGg test. I am happy to say that I am no longer taking up to 5 pain killers a day, almost everyday, to 1 to pills 2 a month!! Thank you Breanne for your patience, knowledge and most importantly understanding.

I contacted Breanne a couple of years ago because I had been suffering with food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerances as an adult and not sure how to properly nourish myself without getting reactions and sick. I was constantly ill. After I contacted her, I felt so much better. My husband and I went to visit her and she was so friendly and helpful. I'm glad that just by chance I stumbled across her contact information. After I contacted her, she replied back with a combination of compassion and professionalism that had me excited to meet her. She is dedicated in making sure she does everything she can to make you better! Here's a part of what she wrote back to me: Hi Erum, Thank you so much for contacting me! Like you, I was diagnosed with adult food sensitivities. It can definitely be a big adjustment! I know that I can definitely help you to deal with your own food sensitivities and allergies and provide you the information you need so you feel prepared when going to eat out. I recommend we start with an initial consultation which consists of a 2-hour intake session and is a very detailed look into your specific symptoms, lifestyle, and dietary habits, as well as medical/family history. It's a lengthy appointment but really gives me some solid insight as to what might be going on, which body systems need more support, and whether or not the recommendations are feasible and will work for you and your lifestyle. This consultation also gives me insight as to what our next steps may be. During this appointment, I ask that you bring a list of medications you are currently taking. This will help to ensure that any recommendations I make do not interfere with those medications and I can help to correct any nutritional deficiencies or reduce side effects.
