Tim Hortons

Rarely have product. Rarely enough staff. Needs new Management. My family drives 10 mins to Tim Horton in Tottenham even though we are walking distance to the Tim Hortons in Beeton.

Rude staff youll get your stuff thrown at you through the drive through to the point that stuff spills or falls out of the bags and to top it off they never get my order right.

I went to the drive thru and I waited for 10 minutes before someone answered. I beeped to get the attention for the window person so I can place my order because I couldnt hear anything coming out the speaker box. Then when someone answered she told me to drive up because she wont serve me and then said theres only one person working at Tim Hortons. When I spoke with her face to face she had the supervisor tag on and she had no good customer service skills, empathy or hospitality. After trying to de-escalate her attitude and tone and trying to explain that the speaker box was silent and when someone spoke in it was distortedI couldnt hear what was being said, except drive up. She was debating with me that I told her why are you yelling at me when I asked why arent you serving me I cant hear anyone. Then I said I appreciate you being in the customer service field I am not going to argue with you I am in that field but me being humble still didnt change her tone, attitude or rudeness towards me. She told me I was lying. She said she will listen to the recordings from the speaker box conversation. She had no accountability and wanted to put me down with her words. I felt uncomfortable and I felt like I wasnt heard as a customer despite its their job to make sure the equipment works and if it didnt she couldve waved from the driveway and said to come inside. Despite all that it was by far the worst drive thru experience because the supervisor had been showing negligence towards the equipment not working properly, being inconsiderate of customers time and communicating in a positive apologetic manner. Her form of speaking could be seen as verbal harassment and racial discrimination. I will not return and I wont send my family members here. And by the reviews nothing has been approved at this location and it makes sense because if thats how the supervisor treats you; then the frontline employees are learning how not to be professional and being a huge liability to the Tim Hortons brand overall! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and there should be training courses especially on the supervisor roles because it has a huge impact on the client retention.
