They do not care about the places they rent out. They do not care in general. Very disorganized, forgetfulness is a big one too with them. The "cleaning people" are a joke. They clean like 3 year olds, know what actually I think a 3 year old could clean better lol. They also come around once a blue moon to come "clean". They say there is Security when there isn't at all, anyone could walk on in. These people and so called business is a joke.

If you want to be treated as though you don,t pay for rent and its out of the kindness of their own heart that you have a roof over your head this is the company for you. ALL of their building are poorly managed, the building I lived in VERY briefly had mold problems and the one tenant was known for selling drugs causing constant traffic of shady people in a "secure building" but it was all cool with the super cause she was a junkie as well. We were assigned parking spots received a printout and everything of peoples spots but the super wanted mine and her family used hers which led to me having to park on the road anyways. The staff themselves have no customer service skills and no record keeping abilities be prepared for them lose vital documents like your application which has your SIN on it. This company is crooked and greedy. STAY AWAY!!!
