These bad reviews are deceptive (and highly outdated) and I want to add to the good because this church is truly good! Not only is the Sunday services great, the amount of help they do for this community is HUGE! I grew up in this church and every time I go back I am welcomed with huge hugs and lots of love, they are some of the nicest people you meet and love seeing everyone there, no matter WHO you are! The church family is definitely great and they love growing it! I don't see many churches around Chatham Kent having weekly soup kitchen (TWICE A WEEK) for those who may not have enough food to last the week... They truly provide for this community, giving away food to the hungry and clothes to the poor! I don't think I have ever seen anyone go and not get taken care of. They truly have all the love and care for who they serve! And for Sundays and Thursday nights the worship is great, the pastor and his messages are good too, I am sure there is things that people will disagree with (I too have not always agreed) but nobody has the same beliefs and I wouldn't be going to a church anyways if you're gonna be offended by someone preaching the word! Services are always great and the feeling during them is pure spirit! For kids programming there isn't much BUT there is a nursery if ever needed and I am sure if more kids and younger ones started going they would have some more options there. Before when there was more kids the Sunday School was always awesome and ran great (I know, I was always there :) ). This is a small but BIG hearted and BIG spirited church and if you like that, love nothing flashy and just want to worship the lord with a loving and caring church family.... this is for you :) In fact, this place is for anyone wanting to know the Lord. (ALSO if you read the negative reviews ignore them.... sadly during the pandemic while serving the community well there was an outbreak that severely impacted a lot of people. This was not because of the church. They followed the laws and were VERY complacent. This church has been attacked so much because of the news and very unhappy people wanting to cause problems... This church was not the only outbreak church, in FACT, there was many churches in Chatham Kent who had far worse outbreaks with consequences and the news nor anyone reported it.... shows that this church has something the devil doesn't like ;) )
