Pros: its close to a park, a really beautiful view from the driveway, very spacious, washer & dryer and a dishwasher there was nice to have, and it was nice and quiet.
Cons: No AC, which is fine, except for none of the sliding glass doors or windows have screens so we couldnt let any air in (it was about 10 degrees hotter inside than outside). Power for half the house pretty much never worked. Wed flip the breaker and it would be out in 10 minutes again. There were SO many spiders/webs/bugs. Much more than just a normal amount if they had been keeping regular upkeep. There was probably about 2 dozen in the room I slept in alone.
