Purchased boat insurance a few years ago and the excellent rate and service prompted me to have them review other policies I had. After more than 50 years with another company, I switched all policies to Sentimel risk. Concern that I presently have, is that Im always having to deal with a different person when reviewing policies and that I do not get a timely response when I request follow up or additional information.

Weve dealt with this company a few years regarding about home and auto insurance. Excellent service, pricing and easy claim processing (we had a few claims over the last couple of years). Would recommend to anyone. Awesome place

Dave is always friendly and very efficient when I have inquiries regarding my home and auto insurance. I have worked with other providers in the past and Dave is hands down the best!

Purchased a boat insurance and was waiting for policy number for 2 weeks. David didn't bother send it me one. I realizing that I don't have coverage and purchased through different source. Tried to cancel, but David didn't bother again to cancel with insurance (Aviva) provider. I have learned it from the insurance provider directly. You can waiting on a phone for 15 min easy. Seems like they are going out of the business.
