What an incredible customer experience. I wasn't exactly looking for Reback Boots, but they are a rare find. So is my size, and I'm picky about my style. I also live in an even smaller town, and I'm not always in Bobcaygeon. Well, the staff and owner were, in the best way, relentless. In fact, I found out it was the owner who seemingly went to the corner of the attic to find the Redbacks in my size and style. I mentioned Redback is a rare find. So is this level of customer service. These ladies all went above and beyond. Thanks for the comfy lifetime boots and, more importantly, a memorable experience.

Huge selection of shoes, boots, sandals and slippers for men/women/children. The women's clothing section has lots of great items which are changed over depending on the season. The men's clothing section doesn't seem as extensive as the women's but does carry some nice brands. Overall the quality of clothing sold here is very good and are worth the prices. The seasonal sales are amazing and their online store is managed very well. The home section has some really nice items and the cafe located upstairs is an added bonus.
