Bolts Plus, I wanted to let you know how amazing Tammy was in helping me with an issue with my BG manufactured tow along lawn sprayer. The spraying attachment failed and I contacted BG for a replacement part and they gave me a runaround passing me from person to person. Bolts Plus has always been helpful with other things that I needed so I went in to the Bolton location and Tammy was able to assemble the required parts from BG, combined them with Bolts Plus items to create for me a new spraying attachment. Thanks so much Tammy without your help I was facing buying a whole new system. I am even more of a loyal Bolts Plus customer because you went above and beyond what was expected to resolve my problem. I would have hoped there was some better degree of confidence in quality and support from a supplier who sports a manufacturers product for the highest quality cobalt bit I could buy !! Does upwards to $200.00 suffice for warranty action ? Should I pay $209.00 every time I want to drill a 1/4 Ii st

Great hardware and tool store I wish I knew about years ago. Good prices, great product. Jeet Kohli was very helpful and friendly every time I've gone. I now primarily shop here. Would be nice if they where open on the weekend or at least later a couple evenings a week.

Order was processed immediately and next day shipment was received as promised. Fantastic staff who helped on selecting items with knowledgeable input. Very efficient process for an urgent order. Will definitely order from this location moving forward
