Right at Home Home Care - Caledon

What can I say about Crystal, her staff and all of the caregivers? They helped my mother for 3.5 years almost daily. They were caring, they were prompt, they were reliable, they were flexible (made adjustments when there wasn't a fit between the staff and my mother), and they showed compassion. Right at Home Caledon made a huge impact on my mother's well being. They were simply the best. RH

I have now spoken to Crystal a handful times inquiring about care for my in-laws. Each time she has been the most supportive, kind and helpful person I could have asked to speak with during a stressful time in our lives. She has gone above and beyond any expectations I had when placing the call offering very insightful advice and tips on how to manage our situation with the patient's best care in mind. She is comforting and reassuring and you can't help feel like you are speaking to someone who is equally vested in providing the best care for your loved one. The world could use more people like Crystal!

Ash and his team have always been kind and professional. I was very nervous when I found myself in the position of requiring help for a sudden and upsetting family situation. Ash spoke to me with such compassion and I felt very well taken care of. I knew that we were in the right hands, as he was able to help answer so many of our questions and most importantly he made sure my mother was treated with dignity and respect. I will never forget their help- I cant thank Ash and RHC enough.
