We cannot say enough great things about Stevehe is talented, efficient and definitely goes the extra mile. Our family came back from a wonderful multi-day Algonquin canoe trip in August when we got a flat at the landing. No problem, we thought, we have a spare, which we promptly put on and started our journey to replace our tires. It was 4:45pm on Friday, and most shops were closing at 5:00pm for the weekend. The only one that was open was Steves shop Sport Tech Performance. He offered to stay open late to install our new tires. As luck would have it, we managed to get to within 5 km of Bracebridge when we heard a noise from another tire and got a second flat! We were stuck and couldnt go any further. We called Steve and explained the situation. He promptly came to pick up the two wheels, me, and my youngest son who really loves cars. Steve wowed us with his amazing shop and quick service of installing the tires. We were saved! We all thanked Steve and he headed down the road. We then tried to start our car and guess what? you guessed it our battery was dead! What luck! We called Steve (again) and he said he would swing by his shop and pick up the battery pack for jumping. Within a short period of time, Steve was back and boosted us. We were on our way again, thanks to Steve and we finally made it home. Steve is a talented custom engine mechanic specializing in Subarus, but he is also a jack of all trades. Best of all, he was fantastic with our one son who is obsessed with carshe gave him a tour of his shop and all the custom projects he was working on and tirelessly answered questions. If you ever need anyone in the Bracebridge area, I would highly recommend Steve and Sport Tech Performance.
