        Few months ago, I have retained PWTEAM for Design & Building Permit of my legal basement renovation in the city of Brampton. PWTEAM personnel came to my home with a very short notice and discussed all potential & possibilities. They gave me a completive quote and took all responsibilities to get building permit approval from the City. Site Plan was approved in 4 months and building permit was approved after 2 months. PWTEAM successfully completed the task. He visited the site, consulted to us all possibilities and limitations. Finally he designed and submitted to city for building permit. We got approval from city.
