Terrible customer service, called for a battery for a motorcycle I purchased from Suzuki Brampton. Was told they don't sell motorcycles or parts go to someplace in Guelph. Didn't listen to my inquiry if there was an Actual Suzuki dealership in the gta that is active with motorcycles, I'd prefer to purchase from them. The personnel just laughed and said someplace in Guelph then hung up. The current dealership management/ should look into the personal they have dealing with potential new customers and previous. Totally careless attitude.

The worse service I ever had, they chenge oil and one driver side bulb for 4 h, and I have appointment maked 2 weeks before and they told me that I have to chenge left side bulb because I have electrical problem (everything was fine befor) they took 4 h to do so, and they did not finished bulb on passenger side. I have to go again to fixed.
