I had gone to a few branches trying to resolve an issue and kept being sent away as they did not see a problem as on surface everything looked fine. Rajdeep and I believe Neha actually listened to my concern and had it fixed ! Thank you so much!

Worst services of staff at this specific location,. They dont know how to handle customers they dont even try to solve customer issues they just ask customers to dial the online number .. disappointed . Being a newcomer to Canada opening a bank account in RBC that too in this branch is one of my biggest mistake.

Wanted to purchase British pounds from the branch. Called the branch number and was directed to automated recording directing you to make appointments to do a simple transaction. Just wanted to know if the branch had pounds available to go pickup. Telephone banking is useless as it doesnt connect you to a live person to talk to and disconnects after encouraging you to use online services. What has the banks come to in offering service. No body to help you on the phone. All they want is your business and investments, mortgage, line of credit but no service for a basic foreign cash purchase. Pathetic service.
