Vikram bassi is very good associate here, if any one want to invest or any bank related issue please visit him , i visited bank yesterday, while nothing workout to resolve my problem he is the one who help me ,he is also so polite and helpful as well.

I was in the process of securing a mortgage for my property and came across Amandip. The housing market was hard enough to figure out, however the world of financing was a whole other monster. Luckily, I was able to find Amandip to help guide me through the process. Amandip supported me throughout my home buying journey and fought very hard to help secure the best possible rate considering the tension caused in the financial market due to inflation. I strongly recommend asking for Amandip at this TD branch to help you get financing satisfactory to your liking for your mortgage. Amandip is very knowledgeable, honest, transparent and will ensure you feel as a valued costumer at TD. Amandip along with Gundeep were the sole reason why my wife and myself, 10 plus year costumers of TD, chose to keep our banking with TD given the tension surrounding mortgage interest rates. I visited Brickyard TD Bank, and the service was absolutely horrible. The line was extremely long, with only 1-2 people at the booth. There was a white lady who appeared to be the manager just walking around the tellers with her coffee mug. I think her name was Stephanie. When asked for help, she laughed it off and told us to wait until they became available. When the teller at the booth asked the white manager for help, she didnt acknowledge him at first and was actually whilst breathing heavily before helping him. She had so much attitude, and the customer behind me left to complain about the manager. She was dismissive to customers and her employees as well. Seems miserable to be there and is setting a poor representation of TD. She was extremely rude towards those of color (including me). I'm not sure if she has a racial bias and is simply racist. One of the other ladies didnt get her name, looked Guyanese she was extremely helpful and supported the other two workers to get the line moving. On top of that, earlier in the morning, there were homeless people sleeping next to the ATM machine. I didn't feel comfortable using the machine. For this reason, i waited to see a teller and experienced this nonsense. The white lady should be either retrained, fired, or moved. Shes going to ruin this branch and will be the sole cause for losing customers. I will be switching banks and taking my business to a more reputable bank.
