This is the worst branch ever. No one here to help you. No experiences person working in this branch. dont know how to respect a customer service.

This is the worst branch ever. Long lineups, while "managers" socialize in large groups while the long lines continue to form. Representatives can't answer simple questions, and it is clear they have no idea what they are doing. Instead, they deflect, distract and provide wrong information and justifications.

Is anyone from BMO CORPORATE ACTUALLY READING THESE REVIEWS? The future relationships this bank has w customers will be in peril for as long as this manager (Jennifer Cartina )is able to oversee customer relations. She is rude to senior citizen clients, unfriendly and has no respect for anyones time. It is clear that she knows someone higher up in the BMO CORPORATE CHAIN which has provided her with such job security despite her terrible complaints. Very unprofessional on bmo corporate / bmo digital care team.

Terrible service, understaffed, extremely long lineups. COVID is a lame excuse in 2023. 2 staff members working on a Friday afternoon. Zero care for their customers. Attitude from tellers, time to move my funds to an institution that cares about their customers.
