Went in at 10:15 on a Sunday and no representatives were at the pavillion (website says they operate from 10-6 on Sundays). Had to wait 5 minutes for an employee to show up. When he arrived I explained that I wanted to increase my daily spending limit. He said I had to do this over the phone and called PC and handed me the phone. I had to wait on hold for another 10-15 minutes. I am firstly annoyed that the PC website said to go to a pavillion in person to do this, when I instead could have done it at home. When a representative finally answered, I explained to him I wanted to increase it to $3-4k so I can pay for my surgery tomorrow. He said that I would have to call in 2 hours before as they only do a 2 hour time window. So I asked him "so it's impossible to raise my spending limit?" And he said "yes you can, you just have to be at a pavillion" and I told him I am at one right now. He told me the max is $3000 and the employee will have to call in for you. And I said okay, that's perfect I would like to do that. And then he tells me "actually what we do is $1500 through debit and $500 cash withdrawals, then you have to wait 6 months to raise it to $3000 debit payments." I told him thanks for his help anyways but I will call in tomorrow. Annoyed that the first employee didn't just ask me how much I wanted to raise my limit by so then I could have saved so much time. Also 1 star for PC for not posting this information on their website. I did check the website before going in.

went to this location earlier today for groceries as they were open late. I picked few items and went to the cashier named anand (as per the receipt). he calculated i was surprised to the hear that the total is $50 for (apples, sweet potatoes, broccoli, bananas, ginger, carrots). I thought thought are too expensive and i asked him to take them out and i paid $41.50. But i was thinking the whole time as it was not making sense, i went to customer service to return sweet potatoes, ginger and tomatoes as they were too pricy as per the receipt. the lady at the customer service did'nt answered properly but after insisting they checked and found that everything was measured 3 times the regular weight. My friend who bought hair gel at same time from same cashier paid more than list price but later got the item for free as per the policy told by the customer service lady. but i had to still pay for all the things, i am confused to understand their policies.
