April2023: GO ELSEWHERE! I renewed my mortgage, and felt like I was being treated like a commodity! It was a hassle to change institutions, but if my mortgage was larger I would have done so in a heartbeat.

It was my first time on this bank location, the lady named *GEETA* (SUPERVISOR) is terrible lady, I was asking her about something by being so polite, she insulted me in front of everyone who was there. I dont even understand She knows the meaning of Customer service. If this Locations manager dont take any action against this *misbehaviourism* I think they soon gonna loose their goodwill or scotia bank customers. Duh! Look at the other reviews even If the main manager in his senses. I am not going to stop here, I am going to complaint about her to the main branch.

Horrible and disrespectful staff. Don't book an appointment at this branch, they don't value customer or their time. They don't bother with your questions, just want customers to go online and stay out of branch. The staff and manager don't even talk decently, rude bankers.

I have went to multiple Scotiabank in GTA are but so far this is the worst branch the staff is rude and not at all ready to help. I went in and there was a person sitting on the receptionist and helping a customer I just went and wanted to ask a question as I was not sure if I need an appointment or I can go to teller. She said she is helping the same client since 8:30 am that shows how pooor the skills are. After standing in teller line for 35 min I was told I need an appointment. Never have seen such unwelcoming staff. This is ridiculous.

Most racist bank ever. There is one employer named Geeta she is very rude to students. She is always on lunch break and go home before bank closing time. Everytime she insult students and never help anyone. I am visiting to Geeta from more than 2 months for a purpose and she is saying she can't do anything and also saying if u disturb me again and again she will tell her fraud team that you committed fraud. She is harassing me mentally. Same work has been done from the other branch in just one day and Geeta was harassing me instead of helping.
