        I wish i could rate them zero!!! They hardly know how to treat there customer , they wont answer your call and the lady over the phone is so rude she doesnt know how to answer a customer

        These ladies are so sweet! I live in California and was coming back to Toronto for my wedding and I ordered clip in extensions online. The colour I ordered didn't end up matching my hair once I saw them in person. They were able to let me exchange them for the correct colour, without any fuss. My cousin went in store to do the exchange for me and said these girls were so friendly!
