Just went in today on a Sunday and the two sales associates that were working was a dream team! They were so knowledgeable and experienced and really helped me find what I needed to give me the best results! They were professional and friendly and provided me with lots of options! I won't go to any other location, this one is the best!

Stephanie and Dylan were such great help with their recommendations! Very, very knowledgeable in the products sold at Sally's and what would work best for certain hair types. They even gave me tips on how to colour lashes since Sally's doesn't have anything funky. The only unfortunate thing is they didn't have hair pins which made me a little confused since it is a hair and beauty store. Nonetheless, it was a great experience! Whenever I'm in the area, I'll always stop at Sally's fist!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I visited Sally's around 6:30pm May 31st 2022. I entered the store asking the employee named Dylan for assistance in buying lashes, after she provided me some feedback I took a look at a couple of pair of lashes and put back the one I was looking at right in front of Dylan on the lash rack. I roamed the store about 10 minutes browsing casually while I was on the phone. As I was headed out I thanked Dylan for her assistance when she suddenly asked me if I wanted to pay for the lashes and I kindly let her know I put them back. Her tone IMMEDIATELY changed to extremely rude and accusatory saying I didn't put the lashes back and that she saw with her own two eyes that I put them in my bag. Shocked I immediately asked her to take a look in my bag and starting taking the items I bough previously at Walmart out of my bag but Dylan refused to look in my bag and kept accusing me of stealing the lashes, which I was confused at since I'm literally asking this employee to look in my bag considering she thinks I stole lashes and placed them there. Dylan continued to accuse me and then had the audacity to ask me where I put the lashes, mind you I was looking at a couple pairs so I said I don't know somewhere on the lash racks. Again telling her hey take a look in my bag, once she found the lashes that I was looking at on the rack, I guess I misplaced them on the "wrong" rack she realized she was busted and started apologizing. I do not care for an apology. This was such a humiliating experience and I've emailed head-office and have called as well. This needs to be escalated or I promise you I will take further action. Dylan needs to loose her job. I understand trying to protect store property but she didn't think to look at the lash rack before and simply accused me of stealing. She was extremely extremely rude while accusing me and immediately regretted that decision realizing she made a huge mistake. My family was on the phone and heard the entire conversation. This is disgusting behaviour and if she's done this to me I'm sure she's done this many other customers. How pathetic and embarrassing. This employee should not be working at this facility, as she is unintelligent, ignorant and most likely has many shameful biases. Once again if head office chooses not to assist me in finding some middle ground in this situation I will absolutely take further action. Dylan should get fired.
