Unique Alteration & Boutique

I only went to this tailor as my best friend (the bride) gave all the bridesmaid material to her. I also had given my lehenga blouse which needed to be tightened. I thought it would be easier to do this so I could pick everything up together. I went there a few times to ensure all the outfits were coming along and the blouse was just not fitting right. She had also not completed the bridesmaid suits on time and I had to pick my outfit up just before the event. My lehenga blouse did not fit and she did not do what she had said. I messaged her to inform her because she clearly stated everything is good and itll fit now. She didnt care to respond to me because she had already taken the money. I had to pay another tailor, half an hour before the event to fix my outfit. 6 months later and I still have not heard back from her. I felt like she had also overcharged me for the alterations. I usually pay much less. Im not sure if she decided to take advantage of me as she thought I was young and would not say anything. Please be aware.

Bad customer service, called them a day prior if they could stitch a blouse on a certain day they confirmed and when i went to give the material they said they couldnt, Highly unprofessional. Nice people but poor service.

Loved the service and Auntie Shabana is so sweet and her work is great. I got my alteration done in one day. Ill definitely come to her whenever I need alteration done.
