Such an amazing team and fantastic quality of food. Peter, John and Carissa really know what their doing. I strongly recommend this food truck for all party needs and I will certainly use in the future again.

Peter and the team at Fire It Up BBQ were INCREDIBLE to work with for my wedding. They were patient, knowledgeable, and so helpful. They always got back to me promptly, guided me with ideas to help make the day special, and really delivered on the day of. The food was amazing and we had so many compliments from our guests. We are so thrilled with everything. Thank you so much for everything you did to make our day so special!

Absolutely amazing service! Booked them for a mash up party of multiple milestone celebrations towards the end of covid protocols and was super hesitant because I wasn't sure if they event would even be possible. They were so easy to talk to and worked with me to give me a sense of security when booking. Day of service was amazing and the team was prompt and awesome with all of our guests. Food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so pleased with the food and it took the stress off of us to have to coordinate dinner for everyone. Will definitely use them again and continue to promote them for who ever is looking for a catering idea.
