Tim Hortons - Temporarily Closed

Theres a lady working at Tim Hortons at Sheridan- Davis Campus. Her name is Arsh Brar. She is rediculous and horrible with her services. I was making the payment and she said do it fast, I have another big line, as if I was fool standing and making the payment. I said that I am making payment but she gave a very bad look. She asked my friend to give me some lessons on how to behave when I was just making payment. I asked her name, she said, its Arsh Brar, dont you know how to read?? Is this the service being provided to customers?? I have been in customer service for 6 years and never seen any coworker behaving so badly to any customer. She should be given proper training on how to deal with customers or rather not offer her this position because she doesnt deserve it.

I was waiting for past 35 minutes despite of doing mobile order.

Order a French vanilla, wait for 15 minutes at the pick up line with no call for my order. When I came and asked where my drink was, the lady said to the other lady about my order and then that lady gave me her aggressive look and told me my drink was here and she called about my french vanilla 2-3 times. C'mon lady you didn't call my order that's why I asked your colleagues where my drink is, even my buddies come together with me also said they didn't hear you called my drink. So this place has a really bad attitude toward customers and I would recommend going to other Tim Horton places to order but not this place.
