        Worked there 30 years ago. As well as other facilities. It was brighter, seemed more habitable for those going through their time. Other facilities had even the Guards involved with behind the door abuse, *as per an actual guard that revealed the nastiness. This Institution didnt seem to carry the same stigma. I can only wish the system on a whole was more sympathetic to once Victims that had a bad introduction to life, without therapy or emotional help, that turned their angst into bad behaviours. It takes a village to raise a child. we are lacking a helpful Village. How does Society invest in their People with help for those lost before it becomes bad for Society. I have sleepless nights, thinking about our human civilized ways. -NEED to INVEST in SELFLESS. Cost is LESS per PERSON on a whole.
