Sterling Dental Group - Gillingham Dr.

I have been going here for years but recently after covid the quality of the staff has significantly went down. I was scheduled for a 9am appointment and no one showed up until 9:20am. No apologies or nothing. It seems very unprofessional and sketchy these days. The dental hygienist are so sweet but the doctor and the receptionists are rude. I will not be returning.

Recently had a cleaning done by Amreen and it was actually a comfortable experience. Im not a fan dentists but Id recommend asking for her if you were to visit.

It's my first time with Sterling Dental. I love the way they treated their patients. I went their without appointment and asked them if they can accept walk-in patients. The receptionist named Jaskiran is very polite and professional. She helped me to book an appointment on a same day. The hygienist Manija is very good and she provided me good services. Dentist Assistant Margaret did my x-ray. She was too good in her work. Dr. Ahmed is very good. He explained everything to me and how I can overcome the chances of Cavity etc. He did filling. I highly recommend this clinic. I will visit again.
