My 7yr old daughter was at her scheduled appointment at the Associates of Brampton Children's Dentistry (ABCDDS). While Patti Visser was giving my daughter an x-ray, she used excessive force and was subsequently hurting my daughter. When my daughter then expressed to Patti Visser, that she was hurting her, Patti response was "I don't care" and was completely unsympathetic and dismissive to my daughter's complaints. When we then attempted address the issue with Dr. Maltz, to our complete disappointment and surprise. He also was completely unsympathetic and dismissive to the obvious miss treatment of my daughter at his clinic and instead tried to justify the malpractices of his hygienist, Patti Visser. As parents, we chose to bring our Daughter to ABCDDS as they are supposed to specialize in child dentistry, and we are competently disheartening and traumatized by the negative experience we had at his clinic today. We can' see how both Dr. Maltz and Patti Visser's being completely unapologetic to causing pain to a 7-yr. child is at all good Medical practice.
