        WORST RECEPTIONIST EVER MET IN MY LIFE! This is not worthy of being a doctor's office. The office staff have zero tolerance for any communication or questions. When asking for information about preparing for the appointment we were told that they, unfortunately, dont do magic. Then they hung up the call while I was talking and never answered again. I am still trying to process the fact that this is a doctor's office. This is the first review I have ever done but this doctor's office is like -5 . Please dont expect any lack of empathy from this clinic because they are the worst and they are so unfit to be a professional clinic. I have also reported this office on Facebook and other social media and I also emailed with Public Health office.

        Dr. Pham is a very professional, patient man. Five stars for the doctor. The only complaint that I have is that the receptionist does not answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message or contact the office. no stars for reception!
